The National Forum for Learning, Innovation & Growth (NFLIG) is a national initiative dedicated to nurturing India’s Education, Training, Learning Development ecosystem. With a strong focus on knowledge-sharing, community-building, and impact-driven engagement, NFLIG brings together students, teachers, professors, L&D professionals, HR professionals, EdTech professionals, E-Learning professionals, educators, thought leaders, corporate workforce and organisations to engage in meaningful dialogue, celebrate milestones, and evolve best practices for the future of work and learning.
NFLIG is a forum founded by two education and learning development professionals having two decades of experience and dedicated to nurturing India’s Education, Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem. NFLIG is not like any other event management company doing business of networking or of selling awards.
NFLIG is recognised by Govt. of India as an MSME and holds an Establishment License from the Govt. of Maharashtra.

Recognizing this, National Learning and Development Day has been initiated as India’s FIRST and the world’s ONLY dedicated day to celebrate the vital role of Educators, Teachers, Trainers and Learning and Development (L&D) professionals and promote the spirit of lifelong learning.
Launched on 24th June 2025, the initiative is envisioned as an annual national movement that brings together corporates, educational institutions, policymakers, and individuals to spotlight learning as a strategic lever for building a future-ready, human-centric society.
