National Learning & Development Day, observed every year on 24th June is the first-ever initiative of its kind in India dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the power of learning and development.

At NFLIG, we believe that learning does not begin when someone joins a company, nor does it end when someone retires. Learning begins in schools, continues through colleges and universities, and remains a lifelong journey throughout one’s personal and professional life.

National  Learning & Development Day is a celebration of the entire learning ecosystem. It recognizes the contributions of school teachers, college faculty, professors, educators, researchers, trainers, HR professionals, learning leaders, e-learning specialists, EdTech professionals, coaches, mentors, and all those who contribute to shaping minds and building capabilities.

National L&D Day is not just a one-day event; it is a long-term mission to celebrate learning, encourage knowledge sharing, recognize excellence, and promote continuous growth across society.

We will continue to celebrate National L&D Day every year on 24th June and expand its reach and impact in the years ahead.
